NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. To Enter: Eligible InTown Suites/Uptown Suites customers who receive a survey invitation via email may enter by completing a guest survey, any time between April 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Participants will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing for submitting a completed survey and opting in to the Sweepstakes. Survey must be completed by the original recipient of the invitation email. Completed surveys/entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries beyond what’s listed above or entries obtained using multiple registrations or email addresses will be disqualified.

2. Drawings: Winners will be selected via random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the deadline of the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted, on or about five (5) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, by Promosis, Inc. (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be contacted by Promosis, via email to the address provided during registration, and will be required to complete an online winner verification within seven (7) days of the time and date of the notification, or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner fails to respond, declines the prize, or is ineligible according to these official rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline.

3. Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes: a one (1) week stay at an InTown Suites/Uptown Suites. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize = $366. Actual value of Grand Prizes may vary based on timing and location of stay. Difference between actual value and stated value, if any, will not be awarded in cash or other consideration. Prize must be redeemed for seven (7) consecutive nights at the same hotel, and within six (6) months of prize receipt, subject to availability and certain other restrictions. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any incidental costs not expressly stated above, including but not limited to transportation to/from accommodations, service charges or facility charges, meals, personal charges at lodging, or other expenses. Any other costs associated with the Grand Prize are at the winner’s discretion, and are not included. Winners must adhere to the hotel terms, conditions, and requirements for check-in. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the value of the prize won. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No substitution for prizes, except by Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. If originally-offered prize is unavailable at the time of award, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional value. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these official rules.

4. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to InTown Suites/Uptown Suites customers who are original recipients of the survey invitation and are legal residents of the United States, twenty-one (21) years of age and older. Not open to employees, members of their immediate family (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household of employees of InTown/Uptown Suites their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, and advertising and production agencies. Entrants consent to the use of their registration information in accordance with the InTown/Uptown Suites privacy policy, available at: https://www.intownsuites.com/privacy-policy-2/. Winners consent to the use of their names for promotional and publicity purposes in any form of media without further payment, consideration, notification, or limitation (except as prohibited by applicable law). All laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.

5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, promotion partners, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers or agents are not responsible for and shall be released and held harmless from (1) typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials, (2) any individual’s inability to enter the sweepstakes or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners, including but not limited to due to unavailable network, server, or other connections; failed software or hardware transmissions; other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, including lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries; (3) any damage to any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, any technical, computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or human error, of any kind, (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, including theft, destruction or alteration of entries or website tampering; and (5) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, selection of winners, delivery of any prizes or awards, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, misrepresentation, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should any of the foregoing occurrences corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, promotion partners, prize suppliers, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers or agents shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof.

6. Dispute Resolution: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
